Ceridwen and Welsh Green Weddings’ bycycle powerd smoothie maker will be making smoothies at Newcastle Emlyn Food Fair on Saturday 16th June by the Fair Trade food stall and will also be at Llandysul Carnival on Saturday 7th July.

Join us for ‘Poems and Pimms’ on Thursday 7th June in the new Giant Tipis at Ceridwen – an evening of Summer deliciousness. The four performance poets include the writer and actor Sara-Jane Arbury, multiple slam-champ Steve Rooney (his first visit to Ceridwen), plus writers and poets Simone Mansell Broome and Marcus Moore. Together they make for a witty and hilarious evening. ‘Rooney is hysterical and unforgettable. This is stand-up poetry of a superior class.’  Earshot

Doors open at 7pm for the serving of Pimms punch, with the poetry starting at 7.30pm.

Tickets are £6.50 and include a complimentary glass of Pimms. There will also be a very tempting selection of puddings and bicycle-powered blended beverages! Books written by the performers will also be on sale. Summer dress (to impress if you like!)

We put the yard awning up for the first time on Monday – it looks great a few tweaks to make and it’s ready for our summer weddings. We just need to put the new yard paving down now!
