This is a messy session for kids (with an adult, be it mum, gran, dad, aunty, friend, etc) to come and create masterpieces..

There will always be some sort of a theme and some example pieces to get you started!

When booking ( please do as it helps me work out resources) just let me know the name, age and any dietary requirements of kiddy attending.

As long as I know ages I’ll make some activities age appropriate.. so all ages and abilities can get involved ( that includes the adults!)

Then I’ll make some edible treats too ( never more than 50p each!) for munching.

Winter is a time when we naturally tend to go inwards and as such are able to deepen the connection between the body and mind.

In this retreat day we will move to the deeper aspects of the yogic path – the practice of meditation.

Meditation is both the ultimate tool of yoga and the ultimate state of yoga and as such adds real depth to our practice and life.

The aim of this day is to experience a holistic yoga practice that will combine the physical practices of yoga like asana, pranayama and kriya with the mental practices of concentration and meditation.
Suitable for all levels and all our welcome.
