Choosing your Booking

Come to stay for a weekend, a week or somewhere in between, we are always flexible in arranging bookings.

The 3-night weekend usually begins on the Friday but can begin on the Thursday depending on bookings either side. The Week long bookings begin on a Friday. Stay mid-week and you can take 4 nights for the price of 3, Monday to Friday.

Check the availability calendar below to see if your preferred dates are free. Contact us directly if you spot some dates that may suit and could be filling an awkward gap between existing bookings, as we can probably offer a special rate. Organisers wishing to bring their group and stay full-board can request a brochure that features more detailed information about the centre  including a price tariff, example menus and room dimensions.

To make the Booking

Contact us by phone or Email us with your dates and we will confirm the availability. Please read through our terms and conditions which are available on the website or the price list.

For self-catering bookings we ask for a 25% deposit to confirm the booking and the  balance is payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. A returnable £150 bond will be included in your final balance amount. Once the deposit has been  received we send written confirmation with the booking details. For full-board group organisers the payment schedule is different and is  detailed in the brochure’s tariff.

Please make cheques payable to ‘Ceridwen Centre’ (we don’t take cards but we do accept bank transfers).

Bedlinen and the first basket of logs is included. Please remember to bring bath towels with you and expect to pay no more than £20 for the electricity  meters. Up to three well-behaved dogs are allowed to stay in Ceridwen at a small extra charge of £20 per dog.
