This afternoon workshop will be run by Lucy of ‘Have your cake and eat it nutrition’, a naturopathic nutritionist.


The workshop will include:

Lucy has a very down to earth, relaxed, non-judgemental approach to nutrition without compromising on health or taste. She feels strongly that eating & cooking healthily can be delicious & enjoyable, so that’s her aim within her workshops, as well as inspiring & empowering people with a ‘can do’ attitude…
