Join professional forager Jade Mellor for an afternoon exploring the culinary delights of wild seaweed.
The Welsh coast is abundant with this mineral rich super food and we will sample a selection of different seaweeds collected from around Cardigan Bay. We will look at a variety of ways to use them in both sweet and savoury dishes and there will be plenty of tasters throughout the afternoon.
