Join professional forager Jade Mellor, of Wild Pickings, for an afternoon exploring the culinary delights of wild seaweed.
The Welsh coast is abundant with this mineral rich super food and we will sample a selection of different seaweeds collected from around Cardigan Bay. We will look at a variety of ways to use them in both sweet and savoury dishes and there will be plenty of tasters throughout the afternoon.
