Along with our usual Classic pizzas and seasonal salads we’ll have a range of christmas inspired toppings…

• Myrddin Heritage pigs in blankets, spiced apple & crispy sprout tops.
• Postance Poultry (Cardigan) free range turkey on a bread sauce base, fermented chilli & cranberry sauce and crispy stuffing crumb
• Slow smoked brisket on a garlic bechamel base, horseradish sauce & polytunnel pickles
• Roast parsnip & parmesan base, garlic greens & chestnut
• Salsa verde base, roast carrot & celeriac remoulade
• Christmas cheese (4 cheese) & caramelised onion chutney

Kids (up to age 12 yrs) eat free! Either Margherita or cheesy pasta, and a scoop of Mario’s ice cream for pudding.
