1. Can you describe the food you will be offering at the festival in a sentence or less?

Summer veg with a Korean twist, poly tunnel pickles, herbs and flowers.

2. What makes your food / cooking unique?

I love finding new flavours. Making the most of what’s seasonal and local, using as much of our organically grown produce as possible.

3. What attracted you to being part of Bite?

Last year looked amazing! The whole idea of one dish/one price is fantastic. Stripping it down to what’s important, the food!

4. What are you most looking forward to about this year’s festival?

Everything! I can’t wait to cook for so many people. All the dishes I’ve heard of so far sound amazing. Let’s hope I have time to try as many as possible. See you there!
