Our kitchen ethos is simple.. Grow what we can use in our Soil Association organic produce gardens and take from our plentiful orchards and hedgerows. We juice, preserve, pickle, ferment and forage throughout the season. Over the years we have become friends with the very best local producers, in our area and across Wales and the borders. Our food is unfussy, cooked over fire.
Although not an everyday restaurant, we run regular food events throughout the year. On weekends you can expect woodfired sourdough pizza evenings and BBQ burger nights.
This year we’re excited to start offering casual Sunday breakfast/brunch events along with one off collaborations with local producers and music evenings with bands and a street food feel.
