Partly why the Ceridwen Centre makes a great venue for people getting together is its flexibility with accommodation. In combination with the dedicated group spaces – the Old Dairy and giant tipis, we can host practically any sort of event. We can accommodate over 60 on-site, including self-catering and B&B rooms as well as yurts and camping. Accommodation may be booked singly or in combination for larger groups, retreats, reunions and celebrations. The range of accommodation is shown above.
Guests looking to come on holiday to West Wales won’t be disappointed – often called the quieter Cornwall, we’re only twelve miles from the Cardigan Bay coastline but there are plenty of inland treasures in the Teifi Valley too. Leave your heels and city suits behind; bring torches; look up at the stars; start to unwind and accept our different pace of life. See our ‘Visit’ page for lots of ideas on what to whilst you’re here. The catering is the bit that full-board guests really look forward to and the testimonials prove it. Our recipe for success is simple – we get good ingredients and put in a lot of love.
Our green ethos is key and we’ve a range of environmental features all over the farm including solar water heating, biomass boiler for heating and solar electricity and our eco wood heated hot tub for 7.
Self-catering guests can also enjoy our homemade hospitality and order pre-prepared meals to pop in the oven or buy fresh veg, preserves, homemade bread and cakes.
We’re not grand or posh but we do feel that the magic blend of this place and our experience and commitment will help to make your stay special! If you would like to be pampered with beauty and/or holistic treatments while you’re with us, we can arrange for experienced local therapists to visit. Ask for details before you come so that we can pre-book your treat.
If you or any children in your group are interested in Art and/or Craft workshops while you’re with us, (we have a resident Art teacher) or if you are interested in Mountain biking we have our own on site bike park (west wales trails) – again please contact us to arrange in advance. We have a Bar on site serving local micro brewery beers, local ciders and spirits and organic wines, open when we have events but all off sales can be bought at the shop. Our new shop sells food and travel essentials, welsh honey, veg from the polytunnel, local cheeses, our organic free range eggs and some local crafts. The shop is open during office hours and OS maps, torches, walk books, tourist maps and literature and rechargeable batteries can all be borrowed from here.
