The Pole Barn

The New Pole Barn is in the main courtyard at the farm with the open giant tipi and the “fire kitchen” . The Spriral stair leads up to the viewing gallery and past the new playground and up to the Chill Out Meadow Tipi 200m up the path. The beautiful eco Pole Barn is made from roundwood douglas poles that we harvested from the woodland less than 1/2 mile away has lime rendered straw bale walls and second hand glass panels with reclaimed wood cladding creating a unique space.

The pole barn is licenced for wedding ceremonies or events of up to 220 people, the space is heated with a biomass boiler with secondhand cast iron radiators so it can be used the whole year round.
