Join professional forager Jade Mellor for an afternoon gathering wild food in the stunning grounds of the Ceridwen Centre.
Starting with a gentle stroll, we will be identifying and gathering a selection of seasonal leaves, herbs and blossoms. Looking at various uses (culinary and medicinal) and discussing ways of preparing the seasonal bounty.
We will then use our finds to make a wild herb Spring tonic to take home.
