In this retreat day we will move to the deeper aspects of the yogic path – the practice of meditation.
Meditation is both the ultimate tool of yoga and the ultimate state of yoga and as such adds real depth to our practice and life.
The aim of this day is to experience a holistic yoga practice that will combine the physical practices of yoga like asana, pranayama and kriya with the mental practices of concentration and meditation.
