Our Kitchen

Our kitchen ethos is simple.. Grow what we can use in our Soil Association organic produce gardens and take from our plentiful orchards and hedgerows. We juice, preserve, pickle, ferment and forage throughout the season. Over the years we have become friends with the very best local producers, in our area and across Wales and the borders. 

Although not an everyday restaurant, we do run food pop ups, with our own cafe or occasionally invite other chefs throughout the year to accompany our events.
