Saturday 8th August  – two identical sessions choose your time
10am – 11am  or 11:15am – 12:15pm  Cost £10  Spaces 12 on each session

Description
Beginner friendly Hatha Flow Yoga exploring mind body connection, breathwork and meditation.

Hatha Flow Yoga synchronises the breath with a continuous, fluid sequence of poses. Suitable for all levels.

£10 participants will need to complete a heath questionnaire.

Please bring a yoga mat for your comfort.
