Hand made and slow cooked from our local Valley Kitchen. Our dishes are inspired by growing up in East, South Africa and Asian communities. We bring you a Fusion of flavours from the best of these worlds. Vibrant spices and masalas influenced by Asian cooking are paired with the best free range grass-fed beef, lamb, pork, chicken and produce that Wales can provide.
