As we continue to immerge, like nature, from the darkness and restful slowing of Winter, Imbolc is a perfect time to dream into what you wish to manifest as we feel ourselves stretching and reaching into the light, the warming in the air, and the energy of new beginnings.

This Sound Bath Immersion will invite a focus on awakenings, of breathing deeply into the beauty of Spring, deepening our connection with Mother Earth.

An added bonus will be the delightful Ceridwen Centre café opening her doors after the session for light snacks and drinks, a perfect way to ground before returning to your day. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for your comfort. You may also wish to bring a scarf to cover your eyes. Some cushions and blankets are provided.
