This circle is

• for people to gather in an intentional way, with the purpose of deep connection
• to share experiences of menarche (your first bleed), menstruation – or lack of, menopause and beyond 
• for you to be witnessed in your relationship to your monthly and lifelong cycle
• to deeply listen to others and be touched by their vulnerabilities 
• to slow down, to rest, reflect and be nourished
• to bring magic into your life

About your facilitator

My name is Lillith and I take much inspiration from the Goddess of my namesake – her dark feminine power, her rejection of patriarchy, her love for the suppressed. I am passionate about creating spaces for community to thrive, to bring light to the darker parts of our humanity and to encourage vulnerable connections. I am currently training to hold space for circle with Sister Stories, and training in Menstruality work with The Red School.

Guidelines

• This is a closed space, meaning you must arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time, as the doors will be closed and you will not be able to enter after we have started.
• This is a confidential space, meaning it will not be recorded and your sharings will not be taken and discussed outside of the circle.
• This is a sober space, meaning no alcohol or drugs are to be consumed before or during the circle.
• This is a sharing and listening space, meaning there will be no advice giving and no judgement towards others or yourself. 
• This is an inclusive space, meaning all people are welcome from the LGBTQ+ community, people from the global majority, people with disabilities and neurodivergencies. 
• However this circle is 18+ only.

Please bring

• A water bottle
• Cushion, pillows or blankets to make yourself comfortable while sitting
• Journal or notebook (optional, for personal reflections)
• A small object for our central altar (optional, can be something that represents your relationship to your Menstruality, or an item from nature that you find grounding)

Payment

The cost of this circle is £10. However, I do not believe that finances should be a barrier to the healing medicine of circle. So, if this is more than you can afford right now, please email me (below) to discuss other options.
