We’re often very good at being positive about others, but forget to show ourselves self-care and love.

Join Eleanor at Ceridwen Centre for a day’s workshop of writing, singing, and vocal improvisation for well-being, celebrating positivity towards ourselves on Valentine’s weekend.

No experience of writing or singing is necessary. This will be a relaxed and friendly guided creative process.
