How would it feel to simply ‘be’, immersed in the healing frequencies of sound, to ‘let go’ of external noise, and to sink into deep relaxation while the vibrations of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls penetrate deep into your mind, body and spirit creating spaciousness for rest, relaxation and feeling replenished.

Soundscape Alchemy is a beautiful sound bath immersion in which you are invited to breathe deeply, bring focus to an intention or prayer, and allow yourself to drift into the alchemy of sound which supports

• Soothing your nervous system
• Quieting your mind
• Uplifting your spirit
• Softening your body

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion for your comfort.

Some cushions and blankets are provided.

Please note, there are some contra-indications to receiving sound healing

• Women who are in the 1^st and 3^rd trimester of pregnancy
• Metal implants
• Sound Epilepsy
• Clinical Depression
