How would it feel to simply ‘be’, immersed in the healing frequencies of sound, to ‘let go’ of external noise, and to sink into deep relaxation while the vibrations of Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls penetrate deep into your cells, your tissue, your skin and bones, muscles and energy fields.

Soundscape Alchemy is a beautiful sound bath immersion in which you are invited to breathe deeply, bring focus to an intention or prayer, and allow yourself to drift into dreaming and visioning, rest and stillness.

This July session will have a focus on your heart, the chakra energy centre of love and relationship.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion for your comfort. Some cushions and blankets are provided.
