A perfect day of yoga, pranayama, meditation and relaxation in the stunning West Wales
countryside

Join us for a day of holistic yoga practice to restore balance, increase vitality and experience a true
sense of well-being.
This day of yoga and well-being will help you to tune in to your true purpose and bring as sense of
fulfilment and joy to your life.
Tapping into the energy of summer and its vitality we will increase our own sense of vitality and
wellness to experience health, vigor, and well-being.
In this retreat day we will use different Yogic practices, from Asana to Kriya and Pranayama, to
unblock your physical and energetic body and allow the Prana, your vital force, to rise like the sap,
penetrate and nourish every cell of your body and charge you with healing energy.
The day will include dynamic flow combining asana and energizing Kriya to warm up and prepare our
body as we focus on opening the shoulders and chest to expand and radiate the strength of our
heart.
We will learn how to direct the Prana through Mudra, Bandha and Pranayama using various internal
and external practices.
Come for a Yogic tune up and leave refreshed, energized and calm.
Ceridwen centre provides a calm and peaceful setting for inner cultivation.

Inner cleansing techniques – kriyas
Pranayama and breathwork
Guided meditation
Yoga nidra
Dharma talk

The day is suitable for all levels of ability.

£70 bring your own lunch
